A contemporary yet intimate restaurant with a focus on modern cooking which aims to incorporate the traditional flavours of Andalucian cuisine through the use of locally sourced ingredients (it usually focuses on three per month), but without neglecting influences from further afield. The chefs serve their dishes in person so they can explain their dishes in greater detail, including a cheesecake that is out of this world!
