A relaxed, bold and elegantly informal restaurant where the young Venezuelans in charge, Rafa and Andrés, offer a concise yet varied à la carte that is a fusion of cuisines from across the globe (they also have an enticing tasting menu called 360Taste). As a result, you’ll find intense flavours and constant references to Latin American (in particular Mexican) and Asian ingredients, with a special focus on different levels of spiciness. Make sure you order the croquettes, the Peking duck and the delicious chilli crab.
