Fabian Sollbach has struck out on his own and opened this tastefully modern restaurant housed in a fully renovated 14C building in the heart of the old town. In this setting, he serves up a modern take on French cuisine, in which select ingredients take centre stage. The menu includes ambitious dishes such as beef carpaccio with onion, truffle and oxtail praline. At lunchtime, the options are somewhat more limited and simpler. There are a handful of places to be had on the small gallery level and, in summer, tables are set up on a lovely terrace on the Kornmarkt.
