The owners of the star establishment, le Vivier, were happily inspired when they decided to open this welcoming bistro (open kitchen, trendy designer furnishings, double terrace) wedged between an antique dealer and an art gallery, near the station and a stone’s throw from the Carré des Arts du Luberon. The chef rustles up modern versions of traditional bistro recipes, dishes to share, ribs of beef and monkfish tail on a Japanese barbecue.
