A new concept in Asian fusion cuisine by chef Jimmy Coutel in collaboration with famous Berlin chef The Duc Ngo. The dishes are generous and made using high-quality local produce; the recipes are well executed and carefully adjusted to suit the European palate. A good example of this is the rack of Sisteron lamb covered with a fine crumb of crispy panko flakes. The drop-dead gorgeous view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez remains unchanged.
