OZ, another restaurant by Andreas Caminada, is to be found in the beautiful grounds of Schloss Schauenstein. The name is derived from the Romansh word for "today" and refers to the contemporary food on offer. The entirely vegetarian cuisine is something of a novelty in Caminada's portfolio of eateries. It is made with produce grown in the restaurant's own permaculture garden or sourced from long-standing partners. You will certainly not miss meat as you savour the vibrant and delicate dishes in the extensive set menu. Diners sit at a U-shaped counter and watch the chefs in action – it's a great place to strike up a conversation.
