The restaurant’s extensive semi-circular windows boast a panoramic view of the Swiss Alps of breath-taking proportions. The subtle, high-flying cuisine merges the very best produce of Switzerland, including treasures from the surrounding countryside, with traditional Gallic recipes that have been treated to a modern spin. Now in charge of the cooking, chef Yannick Crepaux (who trained with Guy Martin and Christian Constant) continues to uphold the establishment’s fine dining ethos, to the delight of the regulars!
