For years the best restaurant in Cagliari, this sober and elegant establishment is now one of the best in Sardinia, thanks to the enthusiasm and commitment of the family which runs it. To a backdrop of arches, paintings and mirrors, choose from three tasting menus (with seven, nine and twelve courses respectively) featuring typical Sardinian dishes which have been reinterpreted with imagination and yet are well - balanced and full of flavour.
