Working with top-notch produce is a matter of course for him – and this also applies to the vegetarian menu. The wine pairings are superb. This is the domain of hostess and sommelier Stéphanie Hämmerle, who together with her daughter Emely cordially and attentively manages the front-of-house team. The bright and modern interior is tastefully and elegantly done out, complete with glass-paned wine cabinet. Tip: The second restaurant, Landgenuss, also welcomes diners at lunchtime. A modern and comfortable suite makes provision for overnight stays.
