The modern, cavernous room is moodily lit; reclaimed wood planks and massive stone slabs lend visual interest. Live fish tanks and the glass-clad showroom for dried seafood add to the grandeur of the space. On the menu, fish from the East China Sea, including hairtail and yellow croaker, appear alongside light-tasting Zhejiang dishes, such as sea anemone and potherb mustard soup, and steamed soft-shelled tortoise with salted pork.
