Fitting in nicely among a parade of independent shops in the west of the city, this formerly Bristol based restaurant is an intimate operation with just five tables. The set menu features plenty of prime seafood like succulent lobster and meaty wild turbot, alongside meats such as juicy sweetbreads and flavoursome pigeon. This seasonal produce is often accompanied by subtle international flavours, reflecting the chef’s global travels. There’s a French slant to the wine list, with small batch winemakers pushed to the fore.
