This lovely contemporary restaurant nestled amid apple and pear trees has a bright and inviting dining area that looks onto the orchards and surrounding countryside. A shiny, juicy piece of fruit could well be what best symbolises Bastien Gillet's cuisine. Vibrant, finely judged, subtle (both the aromas and the textures): his dishes, laden with top-notch farm produce from the region, are rife with flavours. There is much to recommend this savvy and scrumptious establishment, so why not take a bite?
