In the heart of this historic edifice dripping in stylish appeal and heritage details (former cloisters), you will find a restaurant, a wine bar, a cocktail bar and an inner courtyard with a patio, bliss during long summer evenings. Mathieu Desmarest, chef of the star restaurant Pollen, devises the menu, while his wife Emilie oversees the musical score of this party-loving, friendly venue. The contemporary repertory is prepared at the last minute with fresh, seasonal ingredients and a weakness for Mediterranean accents: roast white asparagus, light foaming Comté, torrefied cumin and pancetta; pearlescent cod, purée of sweet potatoes and beurre blanc; apricot and almond financier dessert.
