If you’re a fan of smokehouse-style dishes teeming with flavour which take the American barbecue concept to another level, you’ll want to add this eatery to your list, as you won’t find anything remotely similar anywhere else in the city. In this informal restaurant, the only dining option is the à la carte, which features an impressive array of dishes for sharing as well as others that showcase its “Low & Slow” barbecue process. Head chef Elena Kaperda is also the face of the “Lick the Spoon” project – a unique patisserie workshop.
