Charcoal sketches by Rinus Van de Velde lend an arty feel to the sleek interior. The extensive menu is dominated by traditional favourites. The fried sole is an obvious classic, but for something truly special, try the crispy veal sweetbreads in a brown stock and port sauce. The generous portions certainly go down well.
