Calla’s immerses you in an enchanting Art deco ambience. In the heart of Aalter, this former solicitor’s home (1930) flanked by a delightful garden, is the epitome of cosy. The dishes to share bear witness to Niels Landtsheer’s creative streak, illustrated by sucrine salad leaf stuffed with subtly spiced North Sea crab and briny seaweed.
