The extensive menu of this modern brasserie reads like a classical cookery book with vol-au-vent and sole meunière, together with aged meat and the plating is exquisite. Spot-on cooking, entirely from scratch and jazzed up with occasional inspired note. Connoisseurs will drool over the wine list!
