This Rococo palace surrounded by a park in the English style was built by François de Cuvilliés between 1743 and 1770. The stylishly decorated interior with its fine panelling, elegant furniture, Chinese porcelain and 70 portraits of beautiful ladies painted by J.H. Tischbein the Elder exemplify the Court taste of the time.
