About fifty kilometres from Comitán, Montebello National Park boasts 60 lakes with changing colours. Many of them are accessible on trails that go through the forest. Lago Bosque Asul (restaurants), Laguna de Montebello, Laguna Pojoj and Laguna Tziscao are just a few of them. We recommend visiting in fine weather to really enjoy the beautiful light here.
