This argan oil-producing cooperative has some 60 members and is a pioneer in the region. Ajddigue is known for its social programmes for members, including literacy and training for jobs in the cooperative. The cooking oil, cosmetic products and delicious amlou beldi (a spread made of roasted almonds, honey and argan oil) are all on sale.
