The banks of the Thoune Lake are pleasant places for a walk and provide some fine viewpoints. Jakobshübeli is a hill with a belvedere where you can enjoy a magnificent semi-circular panoramic view towards Stockhorn and the Jungfrau. Further on, from the pleasant Schadau Park, the view stretches across the Berne Alps.
