The Sofaïa ‘baths’, a swimming pool fed by a sulphurous hot spring that used to delight visitors and cure rheumatism, have unfortunately been replaced by a shower. Above the spring, a well-marked botanical path, preceded by explanatory panels, leads to a gully of exuberant vegetation. You can stop here, or descend to the Saut des Trois-Cornes waterfall via a series of switchbacks and steep slopes.
