At the end of a typically St-Tropez-esque alley, there is a door opening onto a fabulous collection of 4,500 butterflies that has taken up abode in the family house of the photographer J.-H. Lartigue. His son, Dany, a painter and entomologist, curated this collection of specimens from around the world, presenting them in attractive displays, whose artistic flair is more than noticeable.
