Abutting the Green Mountains, the tiny village of Plymouth Notch was the birthplace of Calvin Coolidge (1872-1933), 30th president of the US. In addition to the house where he was born and spent his childhood, you can visit the Plymouth Cheese Factory, founded by his father, the Cilley General Store, the post office, Wilder Restaurant, the church and several barns.
