Relive the gold rush period in the upper section of this mining town. Here, houses built from wood and corrugated iron have been meticulously restored to house the emblematic sites of Pilgrim's Rest, such as the print works, shop and a period house. You will even come across a garage with old vehicles dating from the 1930s. Make sure you also look inside the historic Royal Hotel.
