This museum, situated in the woods where major battles were fought, boasts a large collection of German and Allied vehicles and artillery, including tanks, aeroplanes, a single-seater submarine, canons, bombs and torpedoes. One building houses a gallery displaying small arms and a wealth of graphic documentation on the Netherlands during the war; another, Kanpengebouw, evokes the tragic fate of the victims of war.
