The side of this cathedral comes into view before its splendid façade in late-Gothic style (15C), with its elegant combination of concave and convex lines. The beautiful, delicate and richly decorated rose window portrays a symbolism relating to the passage of time through a series of concentric sculptures. The paintings on the ceiling represent the Life of Christ and date from the 18C, as does the gilded wooden altar in the transept chapel.
