This artist's house, belonging to Helen Martins (1897-1976), is the star attraction in Nieu Bethesda. It was here that she devoted around 30 years of her life to a type of art similar to Art Brut. Her passion for colour and light is expressed in its walls, carpeted in brightly coloured crushed glass. Outside, in the Camel Yard, admire dozens of concrete sculptures of characters and animals - a world of fantasy inspired by the legends of the Orient.
