The museum, dedicated to the tragedy, opened in 2014. Underground, it plunges visitors into the bowels of the WTC. The emotion is obviously palpable, as thousands of objects relating to the tragedy are on display. Photos and videos punctuate the visit and a tribute is paid to each of the 2,973 victims killed in the suicide attacks.
