Youville Stables
O Guide Vert
Opinião do Guia Michelin
Enclosing a pleasant garden courtyard, these low stone structures (1828) were built as warehouses for the Grey Nuns, and later used to store grain. The complex never actually served as a shelter for animals; however, it is thought that its present name derives from 19C stables that were located nearby. Restored in 1967, the complex currently houses offices and a restaurant, and the surrounding buildings have been renovated as condominiums. Enter the courtyard through the central carriage door.
