L'île-de-la-Visitation is one of six nature parks operated by the Montreal Urban Community. Its 32ha/79 rolling acres are laced with paths for biking, cross-country skiing and walking as well as fishing and picnic spots. Before reaching the island, pay a visit to the attractive, early-19C Cider Press House and the nearby Miller's House, which now hosts local art exhibitions.
