The banks (Schweizerhofquai, Nationalquai), are planted with trees and lined with palaces and offer fine views of the town, the lake of Four Cantons, and beyond, over the Alps from the Rigi to the Pilate. Along the lake, you will reach Carl-Spitelerquai, at the end of which stand some pleasant green spaces and the Lido beach.
