This terraced garden offering beautiful views of the River Mayenne, the lower town and the castle keep features a rose garden and large trees: palm trees, lime trees, chestnut trees, Lebanese cedars, larches. It is also home to the Alain-Gerbault Centre dedicated to the great yachtsman from Laval, as well as the Centre de Culture Scientifique, Technique et Industrielle.
