Boats berth on the west coast of the island of La Digue, in the village of La Passe, which, along with Anse la Réunion, is where most of the population of this 10km2 island lives. Most of the land is occupied by the granite Piton de la Digue range (333m). Explore the peaceful countryside on foot or by bicycle and meet the locals, principally fishermen, observe the flycatchers in La Veuve reserve, or just enjoy the heavenly Anse Source d'Argent beach.
