Built around 1820, the Casa de la Condesa de la Reunión is a former private residence with a pleasant patio and an interesting staircase. Today it houses the Centro de Promoción Cultural Alejo Carpentier, dedicated to the famous Cuban author and in particular his work Explosion in a Cathedral.
