A opinião do Guia Michelin
This bridge between the islands of Honshu and Awaji is the largest suspension bridge in the world (4km/2.5mi long, 2km/1.2mi wide and with central pillars 300m/984ft high). This genuine technological feat can withstand the harsh weather, strong currents of the Inland Sea and even substantial seismic tremors. Maiko Marine Promenade is a "walk", 300m-/984ft from the shore and 50m/164ft above sea level, which commands a view of the bridge through bay windows. If you book, you can go up the lift to the top of one of the bridge's pillars.
