Even though only 1km of the 13km-long Manjanggul Cave is open to tourists, a visit is an unforgettable experience. This impressive lava tunnel was formed naturally by the Geomun Oreum volcano between 200 000 and 300 000 years ago and features concretions in a variety of shapes and sizes. The visit ends at an impressive 8m-high lava column.
