This waymarked route between Läckö and Kinnekulle runs past Husaby church, flanked by a massive defence tower, before reaching the oval plateau of Kinnekulle (306m) and the banks of Lake Vänern. At the summit you will find a tourist office, restaurant and café; from here you have to walk another 900m to reach the observation tower, boasting spectacular panoramic views of Lake Vänern with Mt Billingen on the horizon.
