This coastal strip of 38.5 miles of dunes, some of which reach a height of almost 200ft, will leave a lasting impression. Thanks to a large number of footpaths, viewpoints and roads (information available at the Oregon Dunes Visitor Center), visitors can explore a varied ecosystem that includes sand, marshland, estuaries, beaches and wooded islands. At Sand Master Park, outdoor enthusiasts can try their hand at sandboarding and buggy riding on the dunes.
