Built in the late 14C, this palace harbours the frescoes of the admirable Room of the Months, of which only a part remains. They were intended to form the junction between daily life, astrology and mythology and bear witness to the sophistication of Ferrara Renaissance; they were carried out under the aegis of Cosimo Tura. The palace accommodates the Town museum of ancient art (archaeological pieces, medals, bronzes, inlays...).
