Housed in a modern building and in the former neighbouring alcázar, the MAHE, with its very appealing scenography, exhibits finds from digs, principally from La Alcúdia. Note the sculpture and ceramics from the Iberian period, which come from funerary monuments. The very fine works include two pieces discovered at the Algorós Villa the white marble Aphrodite (Illici Venus), and a representation of Eros sleeping (both dating from the 1C-2C).
