Built in 1260, this castle was extended around 1600 and now consists of a tall, square, main building with outhouses, all of which surrounded by a moat. Several rooms of the castle are furnished and open to the public, as is the Museum Veluwezoom, devoted to artists who were inspired by the surrounding landscapes.
