Ska-Nah-Doht Iroquoian Village and Museum
O Guide Vert
Opinião do Guia Michelin
Protected by a traditional wooden stockade, this reconstituted village seeks to portray the ambience of an Iroquois community in Ontario a thousand years ago. Inside are three longhouses where the families lived, a primitive sauna called a sweat lodge, drying racks for smoking meat and a fish trap. In the fields outside the stockade, corn, squash and tobacco crops are grown. The park's visitor centre shows films and exhibitions.
