In the Parque Nacional Sierra de Bahoruco, don't miss the Hoyo de Pelempito, a huge depression several kilometres long. This natural curiosity, now a sanctuary for many endemic animals, lies at the end of a road of spectacular landscapes (departure from Cabo Rojo).
