A 98ha-park surrounds this Louis XIII or "severe" style château built in 1654. The impressive ground-floor rooms, open to the public, host contemporary art exhibitions. Laid out around 1780 as a landscape garden by the artist Hubert Robert, the park has been restored according to plans from the period. Summer programme of outdoor events.
