The charming and eclectic National Museum Cardiff has plenty to keep you occupied for several hours. The painting section presents works by Welsh painters alongside work by some of the great Impressionists (Monet, Manet, Pissarro, Sisley and Renoir). The Natural History section presents the nature and ecosystems of Wales. Finally, the museum boasts a fine collection of porcelain, most notably Dutch pieces.
