Dozens of galleries, shops and eateries, nearly all of them distinctive and worth exploring, line both sides of this half-mile heart of Cannon Beach (between 1st and 3rd Sts.). Strolling is de rigueur, as cars jam Hemlock Street during summer and on off-season weekends.
