The last traditional gong factory in Java supplies mosques (large models) and orchestras: the gong, of which there is a variety of sizes, is the central element of the gamelan, typical Indonesian orchestra. You will see craftsmen, the last heirs of this ancestral know-how, sweating over enormous pieces of leather and white iron in this workshop that is proud to have been operating for six generations.
