The 16C Church of Sant Nicolau houses the magnificent Renaissance tomb of Ramon Folc de Cardona-Anglesola (1467-1522), viceroy of Sicily then Naples. The mausoleum is one of the finest masterpieces of Renaissance sculpture: carved out of white Carrara marble, it depicts heroic episodes in this great man's life.
