At the corner of rue d'Espagne and rue de la Convention (no 22), stop at the Maison Henri IV. This fine house is named in memory of a visit it is said to have received from the King of Navarre, Catherine de' Medici and Margaret of Valois in 1578. In the courtyard there is an elegant staircase with a stone and wood banister and square balusters.
